Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all locations within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 5-7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount (as displayed at checkout).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS to monitor your delivery status.

Perishable Products

As we sell food products, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. We recommend refrigerating or storing products as per package instructions immediately upon receipt.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
